Hi there,

A few minutes ago, a small .bin file arrived on my mailbox. I was instructed to run it on a Jag. I did, and was able to see the cinematic intro and play level 1 of Another World. No comment yet about release dates, but if level 1 is playable, I suppose pretty soon we'll have the full game in our hands Smiley

Thumbs up to Seb & the rest of the crew involved, this is neat!

Here's a YouTube video that shows how it looks like for the moment.

(thanks to Orion_ for uploading it)

Ahhh was this made by the same people who made Flashback?

Looking really interesting so far.

Nope. Despite the similarities between both games, Another World was developed by Éric Chahi entirely by himself (except for the music), while its sequel (Flashback) was created by an unrelated team in which he wasn't involved.

Always loved this game, really blew me away back in the day.  It'd be great to see it on the Jag Smiley

And let me add that Another world beats flashback hands down in every respect Smiley

Jaguar people are VERY lucky to have such a port done, and with Eric Chahi's blessings!
